INGREDIENTS: Rice flour/Biyapindi(1 glass), Water(3 glasses), Red chillies, Salt, Coriander,
Mustard seeds(avalu), Cumin seeds(Jeera), Oil, Urad dal, Senaga ballu(bengal gram), Curry leaf


PREPARATION:
  • Take a pan, keep popu (pour 3-4 spoons of oil in it, once oil is heated add mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal, chanaga ballu, cutted red chillies ) and fry well and keep aside
  • Now take a bowl, mix rice flour & water without any lumps, then add popu to it, then salt, curry leaf, coriander mix up all as loose liquid batter
  • Now take dosa pan, pour mixed batter, apply oil and roast on both side
  • Can be served with any mango pickle / lime pickle or ground nut chutney/ red chilly chutney
