INGREDIENTS: Oil/Ghee, Green Chilly, Ginger Garlic Paste, Dhaniya powder, Garam Masala, JeeraPowder(cuminseeds),Spinach(Palaku),Cashews,Elachi(cardamom),Cloves(Lavangam),Onion, Water, Lemon, Basmati rice, Pepper, Salt, Ajnomoto, Rasam powder

PREPARATION:
  • Grind 1 Palaku katta, 1onion, few cashews as paste and keep aside
  • Take a kadai keep 2 spoons of ghee in it, add ginger garlic paste, elachi , lavanga let them fry

  • Now add the grinded paste to the frying kadai and mix finely


  • Later add dhaniya powder, garam masala, jeera powder, pepper, rasam powder and mix well


  • Now add basmati rice(1 rice:1 ½ water) or normal rice (1 rice : 2 water)


  • When water starts boiling add salt and ajnomoto


  • Mix well and cook for 10 to 15 mins in kadai with closed lid


  • If cooker, let 2- 3vigils come.


  • Finally mix well and serve hot
