PREPARATION:
- Grind 1 Palaku katta, 1onion, few cashews as paste and keep aside
- Take a kadai keep 2 spoons of ghee in it, add ginger garlic paste, elachi , lavanga let them fry
Now add the grinded paste to the frying kadai and mix finely
Later add dhaniya powder, garam masala, jeera powder, pepper, rasam powder and mix well
Now add basmati rice(1 rice:1 ½ water) or normal rice (1 rice : 2 water)
When water starts boiling add salt and ajnomoto
Mix well and cook for 10 to 15 mins in kadai with closed lid
If cooker, let 2- 3vigils come.
Finally mix well and serve hot
