chilly powder, Green chilly,Venegar, Cornflour, Coriander
PREPARATION:
- Take fresh babylamb pieces, clean well with water
- Magnet lamb pieces by adding some salt, red chilly powder, venegar, ginger garlic paste, cornflour (1spoon) mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes
- Mean while take a pan pour oil in it for deep fry
- Now take the magneted lamb pieces and deep fry till golden brown and place on paper napkin to observe excess oil
- Take another pan, add 3-4 spoons of oil, add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum and fry well
- Now add deep fried lamb pieces, salt mix well and leave it for few minutes
- Finally garnish with coriander and serve hot
