INGREDIENTS: Fresh Baby Lamb, Onion, Capsicum, Ginger Garlic paste, Salt, Oil, Garlic,
chilly powder, Green chilly,Venegar, Cornflour, Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Take fresh babylamb pieces, clean well with water
  • Magnet lamb pieces by adding some salt, red chilly powder, venegar, ginger garlic paste, cornflour (1spoon) mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes
  • Mean while take a pan pour oil in it for deep fry
  • Now take the magneted lamb pieces and deep fry till golden brown and place on paper napkin to observe excess oil
  • Take another pan, add 3-4 spoons of oil, add chopped garlic, onion, capsicum and fry well
  • Now add deep fried lamb pieces, salt mix well and leave it for few minutes
  • Finally garnish with coriander and serve hot
