PREPARATION: This can be prepared in two ways,
Method 1.
- Take a bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour
- Mix well using equal amounts of curd & water without any lumps,
- To the same batter add chopped onion, green chilly, salt, jeera, curry leaf, coriander, and mix well
- Add cooking soda before using
- Now keep small dosa pan on stove, pour batter on it like (small set dosa size),
- Roast it using 1 spoon of oil in medium flame, close lid for few minutes, then open the lid & roast on the other side
- Now ragi dosa is ready to serve
- Mix ragi flour, rice flour, salt, in a bowl
- Mix well the flour suing half curd and water finely without any lumps, like thick batter
- Add cooking soda before using
- Take normal dosa pan, spread dosa batter on it, apply oil and roast it ander, on both sides
- Now turn dosa, spread chopped onion, chopped tomato(if interested), chopped chilly, jeera, coriander, curry leaf, close lid on it and keep in low flame
- Once all the toppings seem to be cooked, fold dosa
- Serves good with ground nut chetney
Using the same left out batter, dosa balls or guntha ponganau or ponganalu can be prepared
