INGREDIENTS: Palaku/Spinach leaf (1cup), Senaga pindi/Gram flour (1cup), Onion, Salt, Oil,
Ginger paste, Red chilly powder


PREPARATION:


  • Take a bowl, clean up spinach leaf, grind it
  • Now take another bowl add grinded spinach paste, chanaga pindi, salt, red chilly powder, chopped onion, ginger paste, mix well all the ingredients without any lumps as batter
  • Now take dosa pan, pour dosa batter on it like samll dosas
  • Apply oil and roast on both sides in low flame
  • Serve hot
