SCHZWAN EGG FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS: Oil/Butter, Basmati rice, Eggs, Capsicum, Carrot, Beans, Onion, Salt Ajnomoto, Pepper, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Red chilly powder
REPARATION:
Take a kadai; add 5-6 table spoons of oil/butter
Now beat the eggs and fry its yolk
Then add capsicum, onion, carrot, beans and fry
Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, red chilly powder, salt, ajnomoto and mix well
Finally add cooked rice and mix well in low flame
Garnish with spring onion, coriander and serve.
