SCHZWAN EGG FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS: Oil/Butter, Basmati rice, Eggs, Capsicum, Carrot, Beans, Onion, Salt Ajnomoto, Pepper, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Red chilly powder
REPARATION:

  • Take a kadai; add 5-6 table spoons of oil/butter

  • Now beat the eggs and fry its yolk

  • Then add capsicum, onion, carrot, beans and fry

  • Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, red chilly powder, salt, ajnomoto and mix well

  • Finally add cooked rice and mix well in low flame

  • Garnish with spring onion, coriander and serve.
