INGREDIENTS: Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Red chilly, Prawns, Lemon Juice,
Turmeric Powder, Salt, Green Chilly, Coconut mailk, Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Grind ginger, garlic, onion and red chilly to afine paste and keep aside
  • Take a pan, add -5 spoons of oil, to that add chopped onion, grinded paste and fry well
  • Wash prawns in cleanly in water by adding 2-3 drops of lemon in it
  • Add those prawns into the pan and mix well
  • Now add turmeric powder, salt, green chilly cutted into two halves,red chilly powder and mix well all the ingredients
  • Now prepare coconut milk ( can be prepared by grating fresh coconut, to that add water mix well and squeeze out the milk by keeping that grated coconut water on an kerchief, the milk comes out is called coconut milk)
  • Add this coconut milk to the frying pan (1cup, if cooking for 2-3 persons)
  • Close the lid of the pan for around 10 minutes, let it boil
  • Finally off the flame add required amount of lemon juice, coriander, mix well
  • Can be served for rice/roti/chapathi
