INGREDIENTS: Round Cluster beans (goruchikkudu), Tomatoes, Onion, Oil, Jeera powder, Green chillies, Salt, Turmeric (pasupu)
PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on stove top, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add half t spoon of jeera powder, long cut onions, green chillies and fry till transparent
- Add cut cluster beans and cook till soft by closing the lid
- Add pinch of salt and turmeric while cooking
- Open ths lid and stir in middle
- Sprinkle little water while cooking to reduce oil
- Once cluster beans is soft add cut tomato and saute for a while
- Finally garnish with coriander and serve
- Tastes good with rice, rotis, chapathis..
