INGREDIENTS: Alu, Beans, Oil, Jeera, Dhaniya powder, Salt, Red chilly powder, Onions
PREPARATION:
- Boil cut alu and beans in cooker for 2 whistles
- Open the cooker lid after cooling, drain water and keep
- Now place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add jeera, chopped onion, t spoon dhaniya powder and fry for a minute
- Now add boiled and drained alu and beans
- Fry till dry and cooked well
- Add salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and saute it
- Mix well, garnish with coriander
- Serves good with rice, chapathis..
- Squeeze lemon before serving if interested
