INGREDIENTS: Alu, Beans, Oil, Jeera, Dhaniya powder, Salt, Red chilly powder, Onions

PREPARATION:

  • Boil cut alu and beans in cooker for 2 whistles
  • Open the cooker lid after cooling, drain water and keep
  • Now place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add jeera, chopped onion, t spoon dhaniya powder and fry for a minute
  • Now add boiled and drained alu and beans
  • Fry till dry and cooked well
  • Add salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and saute it
  • Mix well, garnish with coriander
  • Serves good with rice, chapathis..
  • Squeeze lemon before serving if interested
