One of the most favourite dish for south Indians is alu, even kids take and eat alu easily, but many dsnt like to take green and fresh leafy food, when cooked with alu  definetly people loves to eat it, even kids can eat happily and due to the combination of mint leaves in it, its very nutritious to health also... easy to pack for lunch box

INGREDIENTS: Pudhina, Onions, Potatoes, Green chillies, Coriander, Avalu (mustard seeds), Coriander powder (dhaniya powder), Chat masala, Garam masala, Oil, Salt, Hing (inguva), Lemon juice, Seasame seeds (nuvvulu)

PREPARATION:
  • Boil potatoes, peel of the skin, dice them into small pieces
  • Fry seasame seeds, cool, grind into fine powder or paste
  • Heat oil in an pan, add cumin seeds, wait till they crackle
  • Add pinch of hing, chopped green chillies, cut sliced onions, and fry till brown
  • Add chopped pudhina leaves and fry for a while
  • Give seasoning by adding salt, dhaniya powder, pinch of garam masala, chat masala, fried seasame seeds powder
  • Saute well and add cut potatoes and fry till they turn brown colour
  • Off flame, remove from the stove top
  • Add lemon juice, mix well
  • Garnish with spring onion, coriander, serve
  • Tastes good with raitha or ketchup...
