INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Onions, Salt, Green chillies, Tamarind, Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Chenna dal (senagaballu, bengal gram), Curry leaves


PREPARATION:

  • Take a mixy jar, add green chillies, coriander, salt, tamarind and grind into fine paste
  • Now add cut onions and half grind them as kacha pacha
  • For the above just turn your mixy switch towards back
  • Can be grinded usind roll and rokali for much more taste  (danchadam in telugu)
  • Add popu/thiruvatha if interested (optional)
  • For that place small spatula on flame, heat 1 spoon of oil 
  • Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, chenna dal, curry leaves, coriander and mix well
  • Add this to the prepared raw chutney
  • Kothimera vulli chutney is ready to serve now
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis ..

Addition of fresh coconut also gives good taste
