PREPARATION:
- Chop pudhina, coriander, ginger and grind them into fine paste
- Add just a pinch of sa lt
- Addition of fresh cream also tastes good (optional)
- Now the dip is ready to serve
- Tastes good with toasted bread, grilled papads, hot rice, dip for salads...
- Also can be taken as side dish for idlies, dosas...
