INGREDIENTS: Pudhina / Mint leaves, Coriander, Ginger, Salt


PREPARATION:

  • Chop pudhina, coriander, ginger and grind them into fine paste
  • Add just a pinch of sa lt
  • Addition of fresh cream also tastes good (optional)
  • Now the dip is ready to serve
  • Tastes good with toasted bread, grilled papads, hot rice, dip for salads...
  • Also can be taken as side dish for idlies, dosas...
