Heres an Very traditional healthy food for any kind of people
INGREDIENTS: Ragi pindi(red millet / finger millet flour), Salt, Raw rice, Water, Oil
PREPARATION:
- Cook rice by adding 5 glasses of water for 1 glass of raw rice
- Now to the cooked rice bowl, add salt, 2 spoons of oil, and mix well
- To the same add 3 table spoons of finger millet flour and leave it without mixing for 10-15 minutes
- Now off flame, and mix well using hand blender or pappuguthi
- Make them into mudhas or balls of your interested size
- Serve hotwith ghee on the top
- Tastes good with dals, curd, brinjal kurma...
