PREPARATION:
- Cut beans and pressure cook for 3 whistles, cool and keep
- Place frying pan o flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram one by one and wait till they pop
- Add curry leaves, coriander and fry
- Now add boiled beans and fry till dry
- In an mixy jar grind fresh coconut, salt, green chillies
- Add this mix into the frying pan and saute well
- Add t spoon jeera and dhaniya powder
- Finally dish out, garnish with coriander and fresh grated coconut
- Goes well with rice, chapathis..
