INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhi pappu), Bengal gram (senaga pappu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Round green Beans, Fresh / dry coconut, Salt, Green chillies, Onions, Lemon, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder


PREPARATION:
  • Cut beans and pressure cook for 3 whistles, cool and keep
  • Place frying pan o flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram one by one and wait till they pop
  • Add curry leaves, coriander and fry
  • Now add boiled beans and fry till dry
  • In an mixy jar grind fresh coconut, salt, green chillies
  • Add this mix into the frying pan and saute well
  • Add t spoon jeera and dhaniya powder
  • Finally dish out, garnish with coriander and fresh grated coconut
  • Goes well with rice, chapathis..
