INGREDIENTS: Fresh grated coconut, Sugar, Ghee, Cashews, Elachi (cardamom)



PREPARATION:

  • Place kadai on flame
  • Add 2 cups of fresh grated coconut and 1 cup of sugar
  • Mix well till sugar melts
  • Add 2 spoons of ghee, pinch of elachi powder in middle
  • Grease a plate, add the coconut mix
  • Spread well, sprinkle cashews on the top
  • Once it is cooled, cut into desired shapes
  • Store it in an container
