PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on flame
- Add 2 cups of fresh grated coconut and 1 cup of sugar
- Mix well till sugar melts
- Add 2 spoons of ghee, pinch of elachi powder in middle
- Grease a plate, add the coconut mix
- Spread well, sprinkle cashews on the top
- Once it is cooled, cut into desired shapes
- Store it in an container
