INGREDIENTS: Oil, Gobi, Salt, Garam masala, Turmeri, Red chilly powder, Jeera powder

PREPARATION:
  • Remove gobi into small bunches / branches
  • Boil it in water by adding pinch of salt, turmeric for 5 minutes
  • Drain water completely
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Fry t spn of jeera powder
  • Now add boiled gobi and fry till dry
  • Then add salt, turmeric, garam masala, red chilly powder and saute well
  • Dish out and serve..
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis..
