INGREDIENTS: Oil, Gobi, Salt, Garam masala, Turmeri, Red chilly powder, Jeera powder
- Remove gobi into small bunches / branches
- Boil it in water by adding pinch of salt, turmeric for 5 minutes
- Drain water completely
- Place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Fry t spn of jeera powder
- Now add boiled gobi and fry till dry
- Then add salt, turmeric, garam masala, red chilly powder and saute well
- Dish out and serve..
- Tastes good with rice, chapathis..
