INGREDIENTS: China Grass, Sugar, Milk, Water, Saripappu, Pista, Badham


PREPARATION:
  • Chop china grass into pieces (its an transparent layer, available in market)
  • Now keep pan on flame, add water (or) milk as you wish and boil
  • Add sugar while boiling (for 1glass water/milk , 1 glass sugar is required)
  • Add china grass pieces into boiling water/sugar
  • Mix well till sugar and china grass dissolves
  • Off flame, directly pour the liquid into cups of your own size
  • Now add raw saripappu, pista, badham on them in cups directly
  • Refrigerate for an hour, till liquid moulds as jelly
  • Serve chill....
Interested people can add pinch of different food colours (like red, orange, green, yellow) into cups before pouring boiled liquid so that china grass moulds out in different colours
