Today i came across an special manchurian for kids especially, who got bored of eating the regular manchurians

INGREDIENTS:  American sweet corn, Paneer, Bread, Oil, Maida, Corn flour, Onions, Jeera powder (cumin seeds), Garlic cloves, Salt, Green chillies, Coriander, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Venegar, Ajanamot, Black pepper

PREPARATION:
  • Cut the brown edges of bread
  • Now sprinkle little water on the white portion of bread and make in into paste
  • Now to the bread mix, add paneer mix, grinded corn mix, little maida, 2-3 spoons of cornflour, pinch of food colour (your choice), salt and mix well thickly using little water
  • Make them into small balls of your own size
  • Then deep fry in oil till golden brown and take out in an paper plate napkin
  • Place another kadai, heat 3-4 spoons of oil,
  • Add jeera powder, chopped  garlic, onions, chillies, and fry well
  • Now add t spn of venegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, pinch of ajanamoto and mix well
  • Finally add deep fried manchurian balls and mix well
  • Garnish with coriander,spring onions
  • Sprinkle little pepper on top before serving
  • Add lemon while eating if interested
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or dry...
Rice flour (biyyapindi) can be used instead of corn flour
