INGREDIENTS:  Brinjal 2 medium sized, Onions 4 in no., Ginger small bit, Garlic 6 cloves, Jeera half t spn, Garam masala a pinch, Dhaniya powder half t spn, Turmeric 3/4 th t spn, Chilly powder, salt as per taste, Green chillies (optional), Tomatoes 3, Finely chopped coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Roast brinjal and peel the skin, cool it for some time
  • Chop onions, garlic, ginger
  • Heat some oil in kadai, add jeera
  • Then add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and fry
  • Add cut tomatoes and cook well until oil seperates
  • Add salt, jeera powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder, chilly powder and garam masala
  • Finally add brinjal and cook for 10 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander and serve
  • Tastes good with rotis, chapathis, rice...
