INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour (Godham pindi), Salt, Pudhina, Oil/Ghee, Jeera powder


PREPARATION:
  • Place tawa on flame, heat pudhina leaves to dry and grind them into powder
  • In a bowl, add wheat flour, pudina powder, jeera podwer, salt and knead into a semi hard dough using hot water
  • Cover it with an wet cloth for 10 minutes
  • Now make them into small portions
  • Spread it into parathas
  • Roast them on tawa using oil or ghee on both the sides till golden brown
  • Serve hot with chutney, curries, butter...
Additon of boiled and mashed potato into the dough while preparing, also tastes good
