PREPARATION:
- Place tawa on flame, heat pudhina leaves to dry and grind them into powder
- In a bowl, add wheat flour, pudina powder, jeera podwer, salt and knead into a semi hard dough using hot water
- Cover it with an wet cloth for 10 minutes
- Now make them into small portions
- Spread it into parathas
- Roast them on tawa using oil or ghee on both the sides till golden brown
- Serve hot with chutney, curries, butter...
