INGREDIENTS: Milk, Carrot, Cashew, Sugar, Elachi (cardamom), Ghee, Dry grapes (kismiss), Saffron (kum kuma puvvu)


PREPARATION:
  • Soak 100 gms of cashew in hot milk for 30 minutes
  • Boil 1 lt of milk till it convert to 1/2 lt
  • On the other side, place frying pan on stove top, heat 2 spoons of ghee
  • Add grated carrot, grated cashew, dry grapes  and fry
  • Off flame, after 5 minutes add this into the boiling milk
  • Add 2 table spoons of cashew paste and simmer for few minutes
  • Add 1 cup of sugar and boil till sugar melts
  • Mix well, off flame, garnish with a pinch of elachi, saffron
  • Refrigerate, Serve chilled
