- Take cooker, add green gram, cut bottle guard, little water and boil for 1 whistle
- In a mixy jar, grind coconut, poppy seeds as paste and keep
- After cooling open the lid
- Now take a bowl, add boiled milk, sugar, grinded paste, boiled green gram, bottle guard and heat till sugar melts
- Garnish with fried cashew, badam (don't add ghee)
- Refrigerate and Serve cool!!!!!!
- Good for health, reduces heat from the body
Green gram can be replaced with bengal gram (senaga pappu)
