INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Maida (all purpose flour)
1/2 cup sugar powdered
½ cup vanaspathi ghee
1 tspn baking powder
¼ cup curd/milk (optional)
½ cup mixed nuts

PREPARATION: 
  •  Sieve maida and baking powder in a bowl
  •  Melt ghee and add sugar to it and mix it well       
  •  Add miada and baking powder, curd/milk mix a little at a time
  • Mix well to ensure no lumps remain
  • Add in all the choped nuts and mix
  • Make sure that the batter is thick and not pouring in consistency
  • Preheat  the oven to 140 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Grease the baking sheet and spoon out the batter into small portions n the baking sheet
  • Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Make sure that the bottom of the cookies is not browned
  • Cookies will become crispy as soon as they cool down
  • Store them in an container
