INGREDIENTS: Oil, Ginger garlic paste, Red chilly powder, Onion, Tomato, Turmeric (pasupu), Butter, Dhaniya powder(coriander seeds powder), Green chilly, Coriander, Midha (maize flour, all purpose flour)


PREPARATION:
  • Boil green mung bean (pesalu) and drain of water
  • Place frying pan on stove top, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add chopped green chilly, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry for a while
  • Add chopped tomato and saute it
  • Add little water and bring it to boil
  • Give seasoning using salt, dhaniya powder, red chilly powder, and simmer 
  • Finally add boiled green mung bean dal (pesalu) and saute softly
  • Off flame, garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot for puris made with maida
  • Goes well with rotis, chapathis also..

  1. All purpose flour is given in ingredients list but didn't mention when and where to use it in preparation
