INGREDIENTS: Senaga pindi (gram flour), Salt, Green chilly, Water, Oil, Curry leaf, Coriander, Jeera(cumin seeds), Carrot, Alu, Tomato, Onions

PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, mix 4 table spoons of gram flour in 2 glasses of water without any lumps
  • Now in a pan, add 3-4 spoons of oil , heat on flame, once oil gets heated add jeera, curry/green leaf
  • Now add chopped onions, green chilly and fry
  • Now add boiled  alu, carrot and saute it
  • Ten add cut tomato and fry for 2 minutes
  • Then add senaga pindi water mix and stir in low flame
  • Do that till the gravy becomes thick in consistency
  • Keep on stirring slowly, once its boiled add coriander
  • Dish out and Serve
  • Tastes good with pooris / puris
