INGREDIENTS: Tamarind paste, Onions, Salt, Turmeirc, Red chillies, Peanuts, Dhaniya seeds (coriander seeds)

PREPARATION:
  • Take an mixy jar, add fried peanuts, tamarind paste, red chillies, salt, turmeric, t spoon dhaniya seeds and grind it into paste
  • Then add cut onion and half grind them as kacha pacha (just run back the mixy switch for this)
  • Onion peanut pachadi is ready to serve now..
  • Garnish with curry leaves, coriander
  • Tastes good with rice, vadas, chapathis...
Addition of garlic also give good flavour while grinding...(optional)
Give more taste when u grind in roll using rokali (called as dhanchadam in telugu)
