INGREDIENTS: Gobi, Cabbage, Green chilly, Salt, Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhiballu),
PREPARATION:
- Chop gobi and cabbage
- Boil them in water by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
- After boiling, drain water completely and keep
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and wait till they splitter
- Now add long cut onions, green chillies and fry
- Give seasoning by adding salt, turmeric, jeera powder
- Now add boiled and drained cabbage and gobi and saute well
- Finally garnish with coriander
- Dish out and serve
- Tastes good with rice, chapathis, puris...
