INGREDIENTS: Gobi, Cabbage, Green chilly, Salt, Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Jeera powder, Turmeric powder (pasupu) ,Onions, Green chillies

PREPARATION:
  • Chop gobi and cabbage 
  • Boil them in water by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
  • After boiling, drain water completely and keep 
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and wait till they splitter
  • Now add long cut onions, green chillies and fry
  • Give seasoning by adding salt, turmeric, jeera powder
  • Now add boiled and drained cabbage and gobi and saute well
  • Finally garnish with coriander 
  • Dish out and serve
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis, puris...
