INGREDIENTS: Carrot, Salt, Ginger, Garlic cloves, Coriander, Rice floor (biyyapindi), Green chilly, Oil, Red chilly powder, Vamu, Jeera (cumin seeds), Senagapindi (gram flour,besin flour), Urad dal (vudhipappu)


PREPARATION:
  • Chop ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander
  • Soak urad dal in water for an hour, 
  • Later drain off water completely
  • In a bowl, add grated carrot, chopped above ingredients, salt, red chilly powder, soaked urad dal, 3 table spoons of rice flour, 3 table spoons of gram flour
  • Mix up all the ingredients into thick dough using water
  • Make patties, vadas on your palm
  • Place small hole in middle
  • Deep fry them in oil till golden brown
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce...
