INGREDIENTS: Red Onions, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Fresh Round Beans, Ladies finger (okra), Gobi, Cabbage, Capsicums, Raddish, Betroot, Cilantro, Brocolli (Green gobi), Salt, Olive oil, Pepper, Lemon juice
PREPARATION:
- Wash all the vegetables cleanly
- Cut all the vegetables into desired shapes
- Take a bowl, add all the cut vegetables
- Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, 1 t spn olive oil and mix well
- Serve for lunch or dinner
- Can be taken at any time
- Very very healthy and nutritious to body
