INGREDIENTS:  Red Onions, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Fresh Round Beans, Ladies finger (okra), Gobi, Cabbage, Capsicums, Raddish, Betroot, Cilantro, Brocolli (Green gobi), Salt, Olive oil, Pepper, Lemon juice


PREPARATION:
  • Wash all the vegetables cleanly
  • Cut all the vegetables into desired shapes
  • Take a bowl, add all the cut vegetables
  • Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, 1 t spn olive oil and mix well
  • Serve for lunch or dinner 
  • Can be taken at any time
  • Very very healthy and nutritious to body
