INGREDIENTS: Oil, Gobi, Salt, Rasam powder, Turmeric, Capsicum



PREPARATION:
  • Peel gobi into small pieces
  • Boil it in water by adding pinch of salt, turmeric for 5 minutes
  • Drain water completely
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil, add cut capsicum and fry till cooked
  • Now add boiled gobi and fry till dry
  • Then add salt, turmeric, rasam powder  and saute well
  • Dish out and serve..
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis..
