INGREDIENTS: Oil, Gobi, Salt, Rasam powder, Turmeric, Capsicum
PREPARATION:
- Peel gobi into small pieces
- Boil it in water by adding pinch of salt, turmeric for 5 minutes
- Drain water completely
- Place kadai on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil, add cut capsicum and fry till cooked
- Now add boiled gobi and fry till dry
- Then add salt, turmeric, rasam powder and saute well
- Dish out and serve..
- Tastes good with rice, chapathis..
