INGREDIENTS:
Paneer 225 gms
Saffron (kumkuma puvva) 1 gm
Cashew paste 50 gms
Green mirchi paste 50 gms
Chat masala ½ gms
Cream 1 spoons
Curd 1 spoon

PREPARATION:

·        Place kadai on flame, add cashew paste, green chilly paste, cream, chat masala and mix well, fry for while
·        Add curd, paneer cubes, saffron and sauté till cooked
·        Off flame, serve hot..
·        Garnish with thin cut onions and carrot, lemon before serving
·        Paneer can be deep fried before adding to kadai (optional / if interested)
