INGREDIENTS: Jeera (cumin seeds), Alu, Brinjal, Tomato, Turmeric (pasupu), Oil, Salt, Red chilly powder, Garlic cloves

PREPARATION:

  • Place kadai on flame
  • Heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
  • Add cut alu cubes and fry till half cooked
  • Then add cut brinjal pieces  and saute till cooked
  • Now add cut tomatoes and cook till all get softened
  • Finally give seasoning by adding salt, turmeric 
  • Now grind or beat or blend jeera, garlic cloves and red chilly powder and add this into the kadai
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander, dish out
  • Serves good with rice, chapathis..
