INGREDIENTS: Jeera (cumin seeds), Alu, Brinjal, Tomato, Turmeric (pasupu), Oil, Salt, Red chilly powder, Garlic cloves
PREPARATION:
- Place kadai on flame
- Heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
- Add cut alu cubes and fry till half cooked
- Then add cut brinjal pieces and saute till cooked
- Now add cut tomatoes and cook till all get softened
- Finally give seasoning by adding salt, turmeric
- Now grind or beat or blend jeera, garlic cloves and red chilly powder and add this into the kadai
- Let it cook for 2 minutes
- Garnish with coriander, dish out
- Serves good with rice, chapathis..
