INGREDIENTS: Cheese, Baking powder, Salt, Pepper, Plain Rice Flour (biyyapindi), Cornflour, Oil, Water

PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl
  • Add grated cheese (100g), pinch of baking powder, salt, pepper, 1cup rice flour, 3 table spoons of corn flour and knead well using water like dough
  • Mean while, pour oil in a kadai and heat for deep fry
  • Now using the dough, make small balls (like jamoons)
  • Deep fry these balls in oil, until golden brown and take out in an paper napkin plate to drain out excess oil
  • Serve using tomato sauce
