INGREDIENTS: Oil, Ground nuts, Fresh Coconut, Onions, Dhaniya (coriander seeds), Red chilies, Green chillies, Potals, Salt, Curry leaves, Coriander
PREPARATION:
- Take a mixy jar, add Ground nuts, fresh coconut, onions, dhaniya, red chillies and grind as an fne paste
- Fry the grinded paste in oil for 2 minutes and keep
- Take afrying pan, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it
- Add chopped onions, curry leaves, green chillies, Potals (cutted as long pieces), salt and fry
- Close lid for 10 minutes in low flame, till cooked
- Open lid and mix well and add little oil, if required
- Finally add grinded & fried paste, spread well and cook for 2 more minutes
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve for rice, chapathis..
