INGREDIENTS: American sweet Corn, Ghee, Sugar, Milk, Godham pindi (wheat flour), Bombay rava (semolina)


PREPARATION:
  • Grind fresh corn using milk in an mixy jar, as an fine paste
  • Now take a frying pan, keep it on stove, add the grinded paste into it, and start frying
  • Keep on adding a spoon ghee in between, so that it doesnot stick to the pan
  • Then add sugar, stir well until sugar melts
  • Finally add godham pindi (wheat flour) OR semolina (bombay rava)
  • Mix well, serve cool
  • Garnish with cashews and grapes
