INGREDIENTS: American sweet Corn, Ghee, Sugar, Milk, Godham pindi (wheat flour), Bombay rava (semolina)
PREPARATION:
- Grind fresh corn using milk in an mixy jar, as an fine paste
- Now take a frying pan, keep it on stove, add the grinded paste into it, and start frying
- Keep on adding a spoon ghee in between, so that it doesnot stick to the pan
- Then add sugar, stir well until sugar melts
- Finally add godham pindi (wheat flour) OR semolina (bombay rava)
- Mix well, serve cool
- Garnish with cashews and grapes
