INGREDIENTS: Kothimeera, Cooked rice, Fresh Coconut, Green chilly, Salt, Turmeric powder, Jilakara (cumin seeds), Lemon, Dalchina chekka (cinnamom), Cloves (lavangam), Elachi (cardamon), Onions, Alu, Carrot, Fresh Peas, Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Cook rice and keep it
  • Take a mixy jar, add kothimeera, green chilly, salt, turmeric powder, coconut and grind as an fine paste
  • Now take a kadai, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it, add jeera and fry, then add onion pieces, carrot pieces, alu pieces, peas and fry till cooked
  • Now add grinded paste and fry for few more minutes
  • Add a pinch of [cinnamom, cardamon, cloves] fried and grinded powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and saute it
  • Finally mix cooked rice, mix well all the ingredients in low flame
  • Put off the flame add lemon juice (if interested)
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and grated coconut, fried cashews
  • Serve hot..
Addition of vegetables is optional...
