INGREDIENTS: Raw Bananas, Ginger Garlic paste, Salt, Onion, Green chilly, Coriander, Tomatoes, Elachi, Garam Masala, Fresh Cream


PREPARATION:
  • Boil cut banana pieces in a bowl, by ading required amount of water and pinch of salt
  • Now drain out water completely, mash bananas softly
  • To the mashed banana paste, add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, green chillies, elachi powder, garam masala and mix well as an thick dough
  • Now make small balls (like jamoons) using the dough and deep fry in oil, till golden brown and place in an paper napkin plate to drain excess oil
  • Now place kadai on flame, heat 4-5 spoons of oil
  • Fry few chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, salt and tomato puree (grinded tomato juice) saute well
  • Now add deep fried kofta balls in to it and wait for few minutes
  • Garnish with coriander, fresh cream and cashews
  • Serve with chapthis, rotis, naans ..
