INGREDIENTS: Boiled Button Mushrooms, Sugar, Oil, Green chillies, Red chilly powder, Bread, Yellow Butter, Peas, Senagapindi (gram flour), Midha (maize flour), Salt, Ginger Garlic paste, Vamu (tymol)


PREPARATION:
  • Take bowl, add cut bread slices, butter, chilly pieces, salt, sugar, peas and mix well all the ingredients as dough for stuffing
  • Now into another bowl, add gram flour, midha, salt, vamu, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste mix them using water as batter
  • Take boiled mushrooms, slowly take out the stem and keep
  • Into the cup shaped mushrooms, now stuff the dough that we prepared, then dip it in the batter and deep fry in oil, till golden brown
  • Take out in an paper plate napkin to drain off excess oil
  • Garnish with onion rings, coriander, spring onions
  • Serve with tomato sauce...
