PREPARATION:
- Take bowl, add cut bread slices, butter, chilly pieces, salt, sugar, peas and mix well all the ingredients as dough for stuffing
- Now into another bowl, add gram flour, midha, salt, vamu, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste mix them using water as batter
- Take boiled mushrooms, slowly take out the stem and keep
- Into the cup shaped mushrooms, now stuff the dough that we prepared, then dip it in the batter and deep fry in oil, till golden brown
- Take out in an paper plate napkin to drain off excess oil
- Garnish with onion rings, coriander, spring onions
- Serve with tomato sauce...
