INGREDIENTS: Potatoes, Oil, Salt, Green chilly, Onion, Rice flour (biyapindi), Urad flour (minnpindi/vundhipindi)


PREPARATION:
  • Boil potatoes, peel of the outer layer and mash it
  • Take a bowl, add potato mash, chopped onion, green chilly, salt, rice flour, urad flour
  • Mix well like an fine dough
  • Make lemon size balls
  • Deep fry in oil, till golden brown, take out in an paper napkin plate, drain out excess oil
  • Garnish with coriander and onion rings, serve
