PREPARATION:
- Boil potatoes, peel of the outer layer and mash it
- Take a bowl, add potato mash, chopped onion, green chilly, salt, rice flour, urad flour
- Mix well like an fine dough
- Make lemon size balls
- Deep fry in oil, till golden brown, take out in an paper napkin plate, drain out excess oil
- Garnish with coriander and onion rings, serve
