INGREDIENTS: Oil, Pepper, Cornflour, Red chilly powder, Potato, Carrot, Cabbage, Beans, Garam masala, Paneer, Ginger garlic paste, Green chillies, Coriander, Salt


PREPARATION:
  • Cut vegatables into pieces, half boil them and mash
  • Now add pepper, salt, garam masala, red chilly powder, green chillies chopped, corn flour, grated paneer, coriander and mix well like an dough
  • Now make small cutlets on ur palm, using with water with the dough
  • Deep fry the cutlets in oil, till golden brown and take out in an paper napkin plate, to drain out excess oil
  • Serve hot using tomato sauce
  • For egg paneer cutlet dip those cutlets in egg yolk (egg sona) and then deep fry in oil
