PREPARATION:
- Cut vegatables into pieces, half boil them and mash
- Now add pepper, salt, garam masala, red chilly powder, green chillies chopped, corn flour, grated paneer, coriander and mix well like an dough
- Now make small cutlets on ur palm, using with water with the dough
- Deep fry the cutlets in oil, till golden brown and take out in an paper napkin plate, to drain out excess oil
- Serve hot using tomato sauce
- For egg paneer cutlet dip those cutlets in egg yolk (egg sona) and then deep fry in oil
