INGREDIENTS: Jeera (cumin seeds), Green chillies, Onions, Turmeric powder, Coriander, Curry leaves, Tamarind juice/paste, Water, Jagri (bellam), Salt


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, make tamarind juice using paste and water
  • To the water add jeera, chopped green chillies, onions, curry leaves, coriander, salt, little jagri (if interested), turmeric powder
  • Serve, tastes good with rice, pulagam etc..


All the ingredients above used are raw, people who dsnt like to take raw can just shallow fry onion, chillies , jeera, curry leaves, coriander in oil and mix into the tamarind water and serve (add jagri, turmeric powder also)
