PREPARATION:
- Take frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
- Now add Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, long cut Green chillies and fry
- Later add peeled & grated beetroot, turmeric powder, salt and fry till cooked
- Garnish with coriander, fresh coconut
- Serves good with rice, chapathis ..
