INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu)Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Green chillies, Turmeric powder (pasupu), Beetroot, Salt


PREPARATION:
  • Take frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
  • Now add Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, long cut Green chillies and fry
  • Later add peeled & grated beetroot, turmeric powder, salt and fry till cooked
  • Garnish with coriander, fresh coconut
  • Serves good with rice, chapathis ..
