PREPARATION:
- Take a frying pan, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it
- Add chopped onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, peas, grated carrot and fry for a while
- Now add chopped tomato, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, gaati pieces and saute well till soft
- Finally add ground nuts, coriander powder and mix well
- Garnish with grated carrot, coriander and serve
Gaati is an snack (resembles like murukulu) made of gram flour (senagapindi), available in markets
