INGREDIENTS: Oil, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green peas, Garam masala, Tomato, Curry leaves, Turmeric powder (pasupu), Carrot, Red chilly powder, Salt, Green chillies, Gaati pieces, Coriander, Ground nuts powder

PREPARATION:
  • Take a frying pan, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it
  • Add chopped onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, peas, grated carrot and fry for a while
  • Now add chopped tomato, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, gaati pieces and saute well till soft
  • Finally add ground nuts, coriander powder and mix well
  • Garnish with grated carrot, coriander and serve

Gaati is an snack (resembles like murukulu) made of gram flour (senagapindi), available in markets
