INGREDIENTS:Bananas, Maida (maiza flour), Sugar, Fresh grated Coconut, Oil, Elachi powder


PREPARATION:
  • Peel of bananas, cut them and mash softly into a bowl
  • Add little maida, and grated frsh coconut into it
  • Mix it as chapathi dough
  • Make small balls like jamoons and deep fry in oil till golden brown
  • Finally make sugar syrup (For 1 glass of water add 1 glass sugar)
  • Now add those made balls into sugar syrup
  • Add a pinch of elachi powder for flavour
  • Chill it and serve cool !!!
