INGREDIENTS: MTR Puliogare powder, Red chillies, Onions, Tamarind pulp, Coriander, Salt, Curry leaves, Ground/Pea nuts, Cooked rice, Rasam powder, Oil


PREPARATION:
  • Take kadai, heat 3-4 spoons of oil
  • Add ground nuts, long cut onions,red chillies, curry leaves, salt, mtr puliogare powder, Rasam powder and fry well
  • Now add tamarind pulp and saute it
  • Finally add cooked rice and mix well
  • Garnish with coriander and Serve
