INGREDIENTS: Mushroom, Brinjals, Groundnuts seeds(peanuts), Sesame seeds(nuvvulu), Jilakra (cumin seeds), Onions, Tamarind juice, Green chillies, Salt, Red chilly powder, Dhaniya powder (coriander seeds), Turmeric powder (pasupu), Tomatoes, Coriander, Ginger Garlic Paste


PREPARATION:
  • Take a kadai, heat oil in it, add jeera and fry then add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, tomatoes and saute it
  • Now add red chilly powder, salt, dhaniya powder, brinjal pieces, mushrooms and fry till cooked
  • Now add grinded groundnuts and seasame paste along with tamarind juice and boil
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve with rice, chapathis ..
