PREPARATION:
- Take a kadai, heat oil in it, add jeera and fry then add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, tomatoes and saute it
- Now add red chilly powder, salt, dhaniya powder, brinjal pieces, mushrooms and fry till cooked
- Now add grinded groundnuts and seasame paste along with tamarind juice and boil
- Let it boil for 5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve with rice, chapathis ..
