PREPARATION:
- Soak green gram in water for 30 minutes, drain out water and keep
- Keep afrying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil, add jeera, curry leaves and fry
- Add chopped onions, soaked green gram, green chilly, chopped cabbage and mix it
- Then add salt, Close lid for for 4-5 minutes, open and saute well
- Finally add rasam powder, pinch of salt (if necessary), mix well
- Off flame and add lemon (in interested)
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve with rice, chapathis ..
- Green gram reduces your body heat and its good for health
