INGREDIENTS: Cabbage, Onion, Salt, Green chilly, Rasam powder, Pesarapappu (green gram), Curry leaves, Coriander, Oil, Jeera (cumin seeds)


PREPARATION:
  • Soak green gram in water for 30 minutes, drain out water and keep
  • Keep afrying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil, add jeera, curry leaves and fry
  • Add chopped onions, soaked green gram, green chilly, chopped cabbage and mix it
  • Then add salt, Close lid for for 4-5 minutes, open and saute well
  • Finally add rasam powder, pinch of salt (if necessary), mix well
  • Off flame and add lemon (in interested)
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve with rice, chapathis ..
  • Green gram reduces your body heat and its good for health
