PREPARATION:
- Grind 1 Palaku katta, 1onion, as paste and keep aside.
- Take a kadai keep 2 spoons of butter in it, add ginger garlic paste, elachi , lavanga & fry
- Now add the grinded paste to the frying kadai and mix finely
- Later add dhaniya powder, jeera powder, pepper, salt, aja-na-moto and mix well
- Finally add little water and boil till raw smell of spinach goes off
- Garnish with fresh cream
- Serve hot..
