INGREDIENTS: Butter, Green Chilly, Ginger Garlic Paste, Dhaniya powder, JeeraPowder (cuminseeds), Spinach (Palaku), Elachi (cardamom),Cloves (Lavangam), Onion, Water, Pepper, Salt, Aja-no-moto


PREPARATION:
  • Grind 1 Palaku katta, 1onion, as paste and keep aside.
  • Take a kadai keep 2 spoons of butter in it, add ginger garlic paste, elachi , lavanga & fry
  • Now add the grinded paste to the frying kadai and mix finely
  • Later add dhaniya powder, jeera powder, pepper, salt, aja-na-moto and mix well
  • Finally add little water and boil till raw smell of spinach goes off
  • Garnish with fresh cream
  • Serve hot..
