PREPARATION:
- Take mixy jar, grind miriyalu, dhaniyalu, kandhiballu, jilakara, garlic pieces, red chillies, curry leaves, coriander, onion, salt, turmeric powder as an fine paste
- Now take a bowl, add 2 spoons of oil, garlic pieces, shallow fry and add the grinded paste, fry for a while and add tamarind water and boil till you observe bubbles
- Off the flame
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve with hot hor rice..
