INGREDIENTS: Miriyalu (pepper), Dhaniyalu (coriander seeds), Kandhiballu (toor dal), Jilakara (cumin seeds), Garlic pieces, Red chillies, Curry leaves, Coriander, Salt, Turmeric powder, Oil, Tamarind paste, Onion


PREPARATION:
  • Take mixy jar, grind miriyalu, dhaniyalu, kandhiballu, jilakara, garlic pieces, red chillies, curry leaves, coriander, onion, salt, turmeric powder as an fine paste
  • Now take a bowl, add 2 spoons of oil, garlic pieces, shallow fry and add the grinded paste, fry for a while and add tamarind water and boil till you observe bubbles
  • Off the flame
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve with hot hor rice..
