PREPARATION:
- Take a cooker, fry 1 glass of green gram,
- Then add 1 glass of raw rice and fry for few min's
- Now add 1&half glass of sugar into it along with 2-3 glass of water / milk
- Now mix well and wait till two whistles
- Fry cashews, kismiss, elachi in ghee
- Garnish it on the cooked pongal
