INGREDIENTS: Pesarapappu (green gram), Raw rice (biyyam), Ghee, Elachi, Cashews, Kismiss, Sugar, Water / Milk


PREPARATION:
  • Take a cooker, fry 1 glass of green gram,
  • Then add 1 glass of raw rice and fry for few min's
  • Now add 1&half glass of sugar into it along with 2-3 glass of water / milk
  • Now mix well and wait till two whistles
  • Fry cashews, kismiss, elachi in ghee
  • Garnish it on the cooked pongal
  • Serve ...
